Passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges, Lauren creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel at ease sharing their thoughts and feelings. Her warm, bubbly personality and passion for what she does encourage people to open up and discover real healing and growth. While living in Delray Beach, FL, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, watching movies, and spending time with her dog. She also loves cooking, exploring new places, and making the most of every adventure, with friends and family being an important part of her life.

With over nine years of experience in a variety of settings—including non-profits, private practice, and residential treatment centers—she began her career providing play therapy techniques to children and adolescents in the foster care system, helping them process trauma, work through adoption-related challenges, and manage behavioral concerns. She also facilitated supervised visitations between parents and their children. Later, she transitioned to private practice, where she worked with a wide range of clients to support their individual needs. She then focused on supporting teenage girls struggling with addiction and guiding their families through the recovery process. Today, she is dedicated to building her private practice and creating a safe, welcoming space for clients to heal and grow.
