Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns. It’s important to me that you feel safe and heard from the very start.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting to make positive changes, therapy can help. It’s a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings with someone who’s here to support you.
You can call, email, or fill out the contact form on my website. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can to set up a time that works.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting.
The free consultation is a brief, informal phone call. It's a chance for us to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your initial questions about my approach, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together. There's no pressure to commit afterward.
